All United State Bank employees are required to follow our Policy Statement to Protect the Privacy of Customer Information. This Policy Statement provides that employees are obligated to keep customer information confidential and never to discuss or disclose such information inside or outside of United State Bank unless required to transact proper United State Bank business. Their obligation still exists even if they are no longer employed by United State Bank.

  2. the customer requests it;
  3. the disclosure is required by/or allowed by law;
  4. the customer has been informed about the possibility of such disclosure for marketing or similar purposes through a prior communication and is given the opportunity to decline

Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationship with Third Parties
If personally identifiable customer information is provided to a third party, the United State Bank insists that the third party adhere to similar privacy principles that provide for keeping such information confidential.
