transact proper United State Bank business. Their obligation still
exists even if they are no longer employed by United State Bank.

United State Bank does not reveal specific information about our

unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except for the
exchange of information with reputable information reporting agencies
(such as credit bureaus) to maximize the accuracy and security of such

- the information is provided to help complete a customer initiated transaction;
- the customer requests it;

- the customer has been informed about the possibility of such

If personally identifiable customer information is provided to a third
party, the United State Bank insists that the third party adhere to
similar privacy principles that provide for keeping such information
