Our Vision,Your Future

On April 22, 2016, United State Bank will be upgrading to new and improved technology to better serve our customers. As part of our commitment to remain on the competing edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our computer processing system and internet banking services.

The Changes…

As part of the upgrade, all of our banking channels will become “real time”! This means whether you conduct a transaction at a branch, an ATM, online or use your debit card to make a purchase, our system will be updated immediately to reflect the transaction.

We will also be changing our internet-banking provider to improve your online banking experience.

In addition, we are adding “mobile banking.” Our new mobile banking app will permit account inquiry, transfers among accounts, bill pay, mobile deposit and mobile bill pay. We will make an app available for Android, iPhone and iPad devices.

Lastly, we will also be offering a new service, USB EasyAccess Voice Banking. This service will allow customers to use a 24/7 telephone line to get account balances, transfer funds among accounts and get a list of recent transactions.

Please read the information below to learn more about the upcoming changes. We have also provided some Frequently Asked Questions and answers you may find helpful.

Important Information to Know

ATM Access

While we do not anticipate our ATMs to be out of service during the upgrade, you may experience temporary downtime with our ATMs beginning Thursday, April 21 until Tuesday, April 26.

We would encourage you to carry alternative forms of payment during this time, such as cash, credit card or your checkbook.

Online Banking

To allow for a successful transition to our new online banking service, online banking will be unavailable from Thursday, April 21 at 2:30 p.m. until Tuesday, April 26.

In addition, our current online banking service will stop accepting new bill payment entries as of Friday, April 15 at 7:00 a.m. Any scheduled bill payments entered before that time will be processed. If you know of bills that need to be paid over the upgrade weekend, we strongly recommend you schedule them before April 15.

Personal and Business User IDs

If you are currently a registered online banking user, your User ID will not change!

Password (Very Important!)

To log on to the new online banking service on or after April 26, you will use a temporary password. Please be sure to update your current online banking profile email address before April 15. We will be sending you an email telling you your temporary password.

Automatic Internal Transfers

Unfortunately, recurring internal transfers will not transfer to the new online banking system and need to be set up after we upgrade.

Online History

You will be able to view past history of your accounts.

Statements

Depending on your statement cycle, you may receive two statements during the month in April. A one-time statement will be cut and sent after end of day processing on April 21. Interest, if applicable, will be paid and credited for both statements. Expect very little change to the look and layout of your statement.
