Job Description
United State Bank is seeking a full-time highly-analytical Mortgage Loan Processor. The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for the processing of a mortgage loan from origination to funding. This position will support the Loan Staff by collecting necessary documents and managing the transaction to ensure the closing deadline is met. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Remain current on and adhere to all regulatory required training
- Communicate details of loan closings with Loan processing and secretarial staff
- Assists in preparing loan documentation checklists and any other communications necessary to send to loan secretaries for uploading loans
- Prioritize loan files to meet all individual loan timelines including commitments and closing dates
- Coordinate and review information from third parties such as appraisal and title
- Record data to track the status of loans in process
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone
- Take initiative to solve problems which arise regarding insurance, discrepancies, tax issues, etc.
- Verify the accuracy of the information in the file to ensure data integrity
- Represent United State Bank in community events
- Must be self-motivated and participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

United State Bank is seeking a full-time highly analytical Loan Secretary. This position will provide support to the loan officers by managing loan paperwork, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring all loan documents are complete and compliant with regulations.
Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Remain current on and adhere to all regulatory required training
- Assists in preparing loan documentation checklists and any other communications necessary to send to loan secretaries for uploading loans
- Prioritize loan files to meet all individual loan timelines including commitments and closing dates
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone
- Take initiative to solve problems which arise regarding insurance, discrepancies, tax issues, etc.
- Verify the accuracy of the information in the file to ensure data integrity
- Represent United State Bank in community events
- Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing documents, scanning, and organizing
- Scan and index loan documents
- Provide administrative support to lender
- Follow all bank policies and procedures
- Must be self-motivated and participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
